Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@linaenriquez.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved and received, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery for a different color or style, subject to availability. Please contact us at info@linaenriquez.com to request an exchange.

Final Sale Items

Custom orders and personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right — replacement or full refund, your choice.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.
