Processing Time
Because each piece is handcrafted to order, please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. Expedited shipping typically takes 1–3 business days after processing.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 14–25 business days after processing, depending on destination and customs clearance. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status.
Lost or Stolen Packages
